BEV - Anima Holding acquires Halldis assets for €2.6m

Halldis, a major Italian short-term rental management company, completed a €2.6 million transaction through Vita Srl, acquiring 21% of the company with a ‘put and call’ mechanism set for after a five-year lock-up. As of December 2023, Halldis managed 534 properties, generating €9 million in revenue. Founded in 2002 by Pietro Martani, the company expanded to Paris in 2004 and rebranded as Halldis SpA in 2017. Previously, Halldis filed for administration in August 2020 due to pandemic-related financial struggles.
