Italy-based Mollo Noleggio is expanding with the acquisition of Sovecar Group’s rental division. The deal, with no financial details disclosed, marks Mollo’s entry into the Trentino region, increasing its network to 66 depots and over 600 employees.
Sovecar customers will benefit from a wider equipment range, advanced digital technologies, and specialized technical support. Mollo President Mauro Mollo emphasized their commitment to growth through acquisitions, valuing Sovecar’s family-oriented and professional approach.
Sovecar CEO Marco Giglioli sees this transition as an opportunity for the rental division’s expansion while allowing Sovecar to focus on plant engineering and renewable energy. This acquisition follows Mollo’s purchase of Manetta Noleggi last year, reinforcing its leadership in Italy’s rental market.
