BEV - Verallia completes €230 million Vidrala Italy glass acquisition

Vidrala sold its Italian subsidiary, located in Corsico near Milan, to Verallia for €230 million. The sale allows Vidrala to focus on its core business. Verallia, which now operates 7 sites in Italy, praised the Corsico plant's modern facilities and strong market position. CEO Patrice Lucas welcomed the nearly 200 employees joining Verallia, highlighting the acquisition's alignment with their European growth strategy.
